Laboratory department
Our laboratory deals with hematology, biochemistry, parasitological tests, serology and sterilization. It is one of our paramedical departments which is responsible for performing tests to diagnose and aid in the treatment of the disease. Services within the department include Clinical Chemistry, Hematology, Microbiology, Immuno-serology and transfusion services.

Mr Kanyagera Daniel holds an Advanced Diploma in Biomedical Laboratory Sciences. He has 14 years of experience in Health Sector and is Head of Laboratory Department at Ruhango Provincial Hospital from January 19th, 2026.
